Welcome to the website of St Michael's, Blundellsands!

We are a small friendly church in the heart of Blundellsands, and we would love you to be part of our worshipping community. 

Our primary purpose is to worship God in this place: we have some traditional services and some informal ones on Sundays, so we hope you will find something to suit you. We also have regular

Bible Study:  We offer regular bible study meetings.  Email: office@stmbsands.org for further details.

Prayer:  Is important to us: we have prayer partnerships and we pray for the residents of each road in the parish in rotation.

Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals: It always gives us pleasure to welcome families for baptisms and couples for their marriage. We aim to support those who would like the funeral or memorial service for a loved one to be held here.

Home Communion:  We take care of our elderly members offering this for the housebound.

Over 60s Lunch Club:  We provide this monthly, usually 3rd Wednesday of the month.  Email: office@stmbsands.org to secure a placeWe have disabled access and toilet facilities in both the church and hall.

Children:  In Church we have a children's corner, run a Sunday school and are working towards the Child friendly Church award.

Church Hall:  Adjacent to the Church is our lovely hall.  This is the venue for many of our Church related Activities.  These include The Guild of St Michael, Guides, Brownies, Rainbows and The Mothers' Union. 

The hall is also available to hire for regular groups at competitive rates. Currently there are regular sessions of: Tae Kwondo, Tai Chi, Limelight Drama Academy, Move it or Lose it, Pilates, Crosby Symphony Orchestra and The Arts Society, Crosby.
